All staff were very professional through all stages of our complicated moves from Melbourne to Bendigo, back to Melboune and finally arranging the final move to Brisbane where a professional team unloaded and installed to our complete satisfaction. Rod was very easy to deal with and was able to quote over the phone – so much more cost and time friendly than other providers. On the move day, seemed the truck that arrived was determined as too small so the move team went back to depot to return with a 20′ container – a much better solution as my items are to be stored for a period of time. On build completion the unpack guys arrived promptly and were efficient in unloading the container. Overall a very positive experience.

I would highly recommend Safe and Sound removals. They were highly professional and treated my furniture with extreme care. Moving can be very stressful and they had a calm approach.I am a single mother too and previous removalists had stratched the walls . Anyway, they were fantastic.

I found all the men removing my furniture where efficient and well mannered. Even when they moved my furniture into an apartment which was tricky. Not one piece of my furniture was damaged. I would highly recommend this company .
