Rod was very easy to deal with and was able to quote over the phone – so much more cost and time friendly than other providers. On the move day, seemed the truck that arrived was determined as too small so the move team went back to depot to return with a 20' container – a much better solution as my items are to be stored for a period of time. On build completion the unpack guys arrived promptly and were efficient in unloading the container. Overall a very positive experience.

From the start of getting quotes. I found safe & sound to be honest of getting a quote there was no hidden extras. We had the best experience with the two guys we had. Highly recommend Safe & Sound Storage and removalist. Melb weather on the day 35 moving to the country 3hrs away to a 40 degree day so it was a stinker. Hope you guys didn't get caught up in the storm and you arrived back safe. Not once did they complain. They unloaded put things were we wanted them to go. They were quick and efficient and reliable. Used this team 2 times in the last 2 years. Could not recommend them enough. Easy to deal with, transparent about bookings and the fact you can store your stuff with them between moves just takes the hassle out of moving and lining up dates. Very reasonably priced in my opinion.

These guys have been amazing. Today Rod and Andrew helped us move a three bedroom house. I've been moving almost every year for a while and have used many different moving services: you guys have been the best so far. Quick and professional. They knew what they were doing. The truck was packed so neatly and securely. The rate was also really good, and we did this over the weekend! I am just so pleased. Highly recommend.
